The Ecclesia Catholica Chaotica is an Affiliate of The Free Illuminist Movement (Congregational Illuminism), as established by Tau Allen Greenfield. We welcome all individuals seeking Gnosis, We are part of an authentic tradition whose lineage includes Gnostic and Apostolic succession, the Rite of Memphis-Misraim and Points Chaud empowerments. We are a place of good will, peace, and happiness for all who are moved to join us.
We stand as a beacon of light, with our Temple located in New Orleans, LA. The Ecclesia Catholica Chaotica is a repository and transmitter for the traditions and lineages we have been invested with, with our work being both traditionalist and futurist in scope, maintaining a genuine respect for the ancient teachings while simultaneously being exploratory and innovative. We view the light of gnosis as a continual, dynamic stream, stemming back in antiquity and flowing ever forward throughout the ages.

Points Chaud Empowerments
The Ecclesia Catholica Chaotica is actively working the Points Chaud, The Points Chauds system was developed by Tau Allen Greenfield, based on work with Docteur Michael Bertiaux, in the mid-1980's. The origins of the concept lie in Haitian Voodoo, and Dr. Bertiaux developed a system of 16 points for use in his Ordo Templi Orientis Antiqua. Tau Allen Greenfield expanded the system to include 97 points and mapped them to the degrees of Memphis-Misraim.

Congregational Illuminism is a collective of Seekers, gathering together under a non-Authoritarian banner to further the Great Work and to serve those whose Will is to promote these simple principles:
ILLUMINATION IN A FREE ENVIRONMENT!
1. Spiritual growth is incompatible with authoritarian structure.
2. Scientific Illuminism requires a non-dogmatic, experimental
approach.
3. A free society linked in free communion should be actualized.
4. We facilitate, we do not lead. We do the Work, we do not extract
oaths or dues, or require dogmatic beliefs.
Ecclesia Catholica Chaotica, through its Facilitators hold all Gnostic and Apostolic Successions passed on to us by Tau Michael Bertiaux and Tau Allen Greenfield via Tau Rorac Johnson and Tau Stacy Kulyk, as well as the complete system and Lodge credentials of the Authentic and Magical Tradition of the Ancient and Primitive Rite of Memphis Misraim.
Ecclesia Catholica Chaotica Lodge was officially chartered by The Right Reverends Tau Stacy Kulyk and Tau Rorac Johnson on June 16th, 2021.
